The key to the Company’s success is its highly focused, talented and motivated team. LondonMetric promotes a culture of empowerment, inclusion and collaboration and has built up an organisation with deep property expertise and occupier relationships.
The Company has 47 employees and an independent board of 10 directors. Its management has worked together for over 20 years and built up a highly talented, diverse and motivated team with strong and wide-ranging relationships.
It is a team centric, results driven organisation and promotes integrity, empowerment and energy. We act with an entrepreneurial spirit driving outperformance through the collective expertise.
LondonMetric has built up an organisation with deep property expertise and occupier relationships. Its investment and asset management team total c.12 people who are critical to the Company’s ability to seek new investment opportunities, manage its property estate and develop its occupier relationships.
The Company has a finance team of c.10 people and a development team of c.2 individuals. In addition to its London head office, it established a presence in Birmingham following the acquisition of A&J Mucklow in 2019.
We have successfully attracted and retained a talented, hard working and loyal team. This is reflected in our low annual voluntary staff turnover rate which has averaged 6% since 2013 when the Company was formed. We believe that this success is a result of our:
