Adam Crossley

Adam joined LondonMetric in March 2024 as an Associate in the Asset Management team, focussing on long income and alternative investment mandates following its transformational merger with LXi REIT. Prior to this, he worked for two years at a Singaporean listed REIT, having completed his RICS accreditation on the commercial property surveying pathway at Knight Frank LLP in May 2021.

Adam Poole

Adam is an investment executive responsible for the acquisition and disposal of assets in consumer sectors including retail, leisure, and hospitality. Adam joined LondonMetric in May 2024 from British Land where he held the role of Investment Director with responsibility for all retail investment activity.

Andrew Jones

Andrew was a Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Metric Property Investments plc from its inception in March 2010 until its merger with London & Stamford Property Plc in January 2013. On completion of the merger, Andrew became Chief Executive of LondonMetric. Andrew was previously Executive Director and Head of Retail at British Land. Andrew joined British Land in 2005 following the acquisition of Pillar Property Plc where he served on the main board.

Andrew Smith

Andrew is Strategy Director at LondonMetric and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Andrew joined LondonMetric in May 2014 from British Land where he worked for nine years and was a senior member of the retail team and Head of Investment Portfolio Management across its portfolio.

Daniel Fordham

Joining the team in 2024, Daniel oversees the investment portfolio management and third-party teams providing estate and property services. Daniel was previously with the Singaporean Investors, Mapletree, leading the property management teams in the delivery of management services across their UK and Ireland investment portfolio. Daniel brings a wealth of Facilities, Property and Estates experience across a variety of asset classes, helping shape the management strategy and delivery of the Metric portfolios.

Darren Richards

Darren joined LondonMetric as Chief Investment Officer in 2025. Prior to this Darren was Head of Real Estate at British Land and a member of the Executive Committee. He had previously held other positions at the Company including Head of Investment. Darren joined British Land in 2005 following the acquisition of Pillar where he was responsible for UK Investment.

Grace Agnew

Grace joined LondonMetric in 2021 and works in the investment team. Joining from KFIM where she was assistant fund manager of the long income fund, her role at LondonMetric includes working on the property side of M&A transaction of CTPT and LXi, disposals of non-core assets and reinvestment into standing investments and developments.

Greta Dare

Greta joined LondonMetric in May 2024. She supports the team Investment Team day-to-day management as well as providing secretarial help to the wider workforce. As a support role Greta assists the team with projects and organising corporate days.

Hugh Chivers

Hugh joined LondonMetric in 2016 having previously worked in Real Estate investment at BlackRock and Rugby Estates plc. Hugh leads on property acquisitions in the Industrial and Logistics sector and works across the Industrial Portfolio.

Mark Stirling

Mark was co-founder and Asset Management Director of Metric from its inception in March 2010 until its merger with London & Stamford in January 2013. He joined the Board of LondonMetric on 3 June 2014 as Asset Management Director. Prior to the setting up of Metric, Mark was on the Executive Committee of British Land and as Asset Management Director and was responsible for the planning, development and asset management of the retail portfolio. Mark joined British Land in July 2005 following the acquisition of Pillar where he was Managing Director of Pillar Retail Parks Limited from 2002 until 2005.

Mark Vernon

Mark joined LondonMetric in 2019 from A&J Mucklow Group Plc where he worked for eleven years as Investment and Development Director. Prior to that he was a Director at DTZ where he led the Investment Agency team in their Birmingham regional office. Mark works in our logistics team and is focussed on investment acquisitions, disposals and development fundings.

Nicholas Dent

Nicholas joined LondonMetric in 2022 after working for Patrizia Investment Management, he works in the Industrial and Logistics Investment team sourcing and executing industrial transactions. Nicholas built and is responsible for the property underwrite cash flow model which appraises all new property and M&A deals.

Nick Heath

Nick joined LondonMetric in 2010, responsible for all development activity including 1m sq. ft. for Primark, Bedford Link & Amazon in Warrington. Prior to joining Metric, he led the design for www.puertovenecia.com a 2.2m sq. ft retail & leisure destination, in Spain for British Land. The scheme enjoys c.19 million visitors a year & has won many awards. Previously, Nick was Head of Construction and Project Management at Pillar Property Plc until 2005.

Sam Pringle

Sam has worked at LondonMetric since 2015 in the Asset Management team with responsibility for the Logistics Portfolio. Prior to LondonMetric he worked at Tesco as part of the Sale & Leaseback and Dotcom Centre acquisition team.

Simon Meacock

Simon joined Metric in February 2012 as Asset Management Executive and is focussed on the out-of-town retail and urban logistics portfolio. He was previously a Director at British Land for over ten years and has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor since 2000. Simon has been a MIPP Board Director since 2022.

Skye Salmon

Skye joined LondonMetric in 2021. She initially joined on a three-month internship and since completed a Real Estate MSc at University of College Estate Management and qualified as a member of the RICS. Skye is part of the Asset Management team, where she is responsible for creating value through proactive asset management initiatives across the portfolio.

Stuart Haydon

Stuart is an Asset Manager at LondonMetric. Prior to joining the company in 2019, he worked for a number of high-profile property companies include Brixton Plc, Dunedin, Max Property Group and A&J Mucklow Group Plc.

Tom Pinder

Tom joined LondonMetric in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction asset management, development and funding initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to joining LondonMetric, Tom worked in project management consultancy delivering commercial projects for various clients including the new-build 380,000 sq ft Whiteley Shopping Centre development for British Land.

Valentine Beresford

Valentine was co-founder and Investment Director of Metric from its inception in March 2010 until its merger with London & Stamford in January 2013. He joined the Board of LondonMetric on 3 June 2014 as Investment Director. Prior to setting up Metric Valentine was on the Executive Committee of British Land and was responsible for all their European retail developments and investments. Valentine joined British Land in July 2005, following the acquisition of Pillar, where he also served on the Board as Investment Director.

Will Evers

Will joined Metric from inception in 2010 having previously worked at LaSalle Investment Management and Bear Stearns. As Joint Head of Investment, Will’s primary focus is to lead the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities whilst having responsibility for the portfolio management and performance of the long income and retail portfolio.

Asher Stone

Asher is a Chartered Accountant who joined LondonMetric in 2023 within the Corporate Team. He plays an active role in portfolio management, valuations, investor relations, and transaction support. Prior to joining LondonMetric, Asher spent seven years in BDO’s Real Estate Audit Team, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018.

Ben Kennedy

Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified at Crowe UK before joining LondonMetric in 2022. Ben supports the Group’s banking and corporate finance operations, with a particular focus on maintaining and developing the Group’s financial forecast model, as well as credit analysis and transactional support.

Charlotte Price

Charlotte is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified in BDO LLP’s Real Estate Audit team. She joined LondonMetric in March 2024 following the merger with LXi REIT plc and is involved in a broad range of banking and corporate finance activities, supporting the execution of transactions and the Group’s ongoing financial planning.

Gareth Price

Gareth joined LondonMetric in 2015 having previously worked in corporate broking at Oriel Securities, Cantor Fitzgerald and ABN AMRO Hoare Govett. He heads up investor relations and sustainability.

Gemma Lane

Gemma is qualified accountant and joined LondonMetric as part of the Mucklow acquisition in 2019. She has also acted as Financial Controller for Calthorpe Estates. Gemma is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial accounts.

Jackie Jessop

Jackie joined London & Stamford as Financial Controller on its inception in 2006 having worked previously for Pillar as Financial Controller. She became Head of Finance at LondonMetric in 2013. Jackie is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PwC, and is responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting.

Jadzia Duzniak

Jadzia joined London & Stamford in 2007 prior to its IPO and became Company Secretary on merger with Metric in 2013. Jadzia qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. Her role extends to corporate finance, banking arrangements and transactions.

Kirsten Foord

Kirsten is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with SAICA at BDO Cape Town in 2020 and continued her career at PwC London, specialising in listed real estate audits. In 2025, she joined LondonMetric as a Financial Accountant, focusing on group and statutory reporting

Maria Le Pine

Maria is CGMA qualified and joined L&S in 2008, as Group Management Accountant. Her current role focuses on enhancing process efficiency within the Finance Team and the integration of financial data following M&A activity.

Martin McGann

Martin joined London & Stamford Property Plc in September 2008. From 2002 to 2005 he worked for Pillar Property Plc, latterly as finance director. Between 2005 and 2008, Martin was a director of Kandahar Real Estate. Martin is a qualified chartered accountant having trained and qualified with Deloitte.

Ritesh Patel

Ritesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified at BDO LLP before joining London & Stamford in 2011. He oversees all aspects of banking and corporate finance, including financial transactions, forecasting, and strategic planning, and has overall responsibility for managing the Group’s debt and funding arrangements.

Stacey Wood

Stacey is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) with more than 15 years direct experience in the commercial property sector. Stacey joined LondonMetric following the March 2024 merger with LXI REIT Plc, where she previously held the position of Group Financial Controller. Prior to this Stacey spent 12 years working for Prestbury, the last seven of which as Financial Controller for Secure Income REIT Plc.
