Our healthcare and education assets mainly comprise private hospitals
Healthcare is underpinned by strong demand drivers from an ageing and growing population as well as improvements in treatment and patient care.

Our healthcare exposure was inherited through our acquisition of LXi REIT
Our hospitals are high quality, mission critical and irreplicable assets let on long leases to a high quality occupier. The private hospitals provide essential care and are helping to address NHS waiting lists.
