Investor reporting
Our approach to Responsible Business is assessed by various investor reporting organisations. Informed by shareholder feedback, we continue to focus on reporting our progress to those organisations that we believe are most relevant to our shareholder base and business.
Our Responsible Business activities have materially improved our scoring across all of our key sustainability benchmarks and we have maintained our Green Star status in the latest GRESB assessment, which we continue to view as our most applicable sustainability benchmark. We have also maintained our EPRA sBPR Gold Star and are included in the Ftse4Good index.

Policies & Documents
As part of LondonMetric’s Responsible Business Strategy, we have a formal Responsible Business and Environmental Policy.
In line with that Policy, every year we set Responsible Business targets and report progress against these targets in our Responsible Business Report. Our progress is monitored at regular Working Group meetings which are attended by key business representatives and JLL, our external real estate sustainability advisor.
The Working Group’s Terms Of Reference provides a framework for the company and performance is reported to the Board regularly and reported on each year in the Responsible Business Report.
